Thank you for revealing/explaining this horrendous scheme. What worries me is that while their scheme might not be finished in time for the midterms of '26, it could be completed by Nov. '28, and THAT would be the final blow to our democratic system of free and fair elections.
Partial or full implementation by 2028 is probably a more realistic threat, it's true, but all the more reason for courts to clearly draw the legal line here in my opinion. In the short term, it's illegal and improbable. In the longer term it's just illegal.

You can add my name to the list of voters who do NOT give my permission for my voting records to be disclosed to anyone outside the elections office. My Grandmother's family came from Germany and she taught me that my vote is sacred and anonymous as protected in our constitution.

Maybe this is a promise Americans need to make again:
WE WILL NOT ASK JUDGES TO RULE OUR WAY.
WE WILL ASK THEM TO RULE JUSTLY.
Our courts are being asked to do exactly what they were created to do:
Put the Constitution and the law above politics and power.
This is not about left or right.
