Weaponization of the justice system occurs when the system prosecutes those who have not broken the law. When it prosecutes those who have broken law, and who are found guilty of breaking the law by a jury of their peers, as Trump was, it is not weaponization, it is enforcing the law, i.e., it is something that all law abiding citizens should support.
