I wake up every day wondering what country I live in now. It’s certainly NOT America.

Excuse me, but disenfranchising voters has been a core American activity since the drafting of the Constitution.

Alan, you don't mean to condone disenfranchisement, do you??? The fact that disenfranchising voters has been a core American activity" does not make it right.

Hopefully, we shall someday pass a Constitutional amendment ensuring that voting as an inalienable right the to People.

You are right about that. So if we somehow manage to get him out of office, there needs to be a law, an absolute law where it can’t be interpreted by anyone to mean anything else. That as an American you have the absolute right to vote. By mail, in person. The system was working. But the gerrymandering has to stop. I still don’t understand how any person or party can change the lines in a state to better serve themselves. If each person still has the right to vote their conscience, what difference does a line make? Who decides these things?

Thank you for filing the class action suit. The party that used to claim their undying support for the military is finally showing just how much contempt they have for those who serve and have served in our military. One question from a legal novice: For the purpose of standing, don't you need to represent the actual military members (not their spouses) who are having their vote called into question?
