The seashell prosecution has got to be the most egregious and laughable charges ever. "86" does not mean kill in any definition but possibly military slang. These baseless charges do major harm to a defendant's finances, however, from having to hire lawyers to defend themselves. That is one reason felonpotus encourages this tactic. To cause disruption of lives and financial hardship. There's going to be a necessary change to the constitution and/or laws when Democrats get a super majority in Congress and state legislatures. So we do not face this kind of hideous lawlessness from the felonpotus on down the federal line again.
I completely agree with you that no one can dance their way out the incoherent messes the princess keeps making, but I want to take slight issue with you about a couple of things.
You say "Bondi was willing, just unsuccessful." Bondi was grossly inept, and her unwaveringly bad and aggressive attitude kept getting in her way. I have no idea how "willing" she was, or what she was "willingly" trying to do, but she was her own active worst enemy. I do agree that her task was in itself impossible, but she made any effort to accomplish, or approximate, it worse. Patel and Hegseth have the same impossible tasks, and they're still there. The others have managed to keep lower profiles. Noem is gone, too. Does the princess have less use for women than she does for men? Maybe. And they're all. awful. And trying to do what can't be done. Bondi was somehow even worse.
You say she "was stopped by the legal system's guardrails, not her own limitations." And again, although there's a growing crowd under the bus, I do think her personality-based limitations are a factor in her ejection. It will remain to be seen, of course, how long Blanche can lose cases, as Bondi did, before he gets chucked.
As for whether or not she "seriously damaged the [DoJ's] ability to engage in serious law enforcement," engaging in serious law enforcement is not a goal for the current Executive branch. And she never gave any impression of being a competent lawyer. She was very persistently a blond mean girl whose approach to anything was to cast blame on someone else about something unrelated.
The sustained problem is the princess. No one can accomplish anything while she's the head of the Executive branch.
Retaliation for actual crimes he committed at that. This situation is so ass backward! Letting the criminal go after the people who busted him. The MAGA Supreme Court really fucked up and in my opinion those 6 need to face justice for this shit show and they will. These maggots will get their day for letting FrankensTrump loose on America and the world.
