The 22nd amendment doesn’t have an enforcement mechanism. The Supreme Court ruled that individual states can’t enforce the 14th amendment disqualification of a presidential candidate. They also have immunized presidents against civil liability and criminal indictment for official acts. So how, when, and by whom is the 22nd amendment to be enforced?
Will the 2024 election in fact be meaningful? There's been accelerated disqualification of voters, and some caricaturish gerrymandering that hasn't been reversed. There seems to be an increasing movement of vigilante poll-watchers. If Trump wins by a little, or more than a little, can we still assume that the 2024 election was fair and honest, as, as Trump is quoted as having said, the Founders intended?

Thanks Amanda - Yes it could happen here!
Vladimir Putin still holds "elections." 'Nuff said.
